At KB Performance, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Certain products including electrical components, special-order items, clearance products, and mounted tires may not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by KB Performance.
